Inspection Report – Details Only

Inspection Report – Details Only

Transcript:

The Inspection Report – Details Only displays the details for all of the inspections performed at the selected service locations during the selected time period. Only details of the selected ratings (such as DeficientNon-DeficientN/A and Not Rated) and types (such as Tracking Item and Service Item) will be displayed.

First, start off by selecting either a Date Range you want data from, or a specific Inspection you want data from. You can easily select a specific inspection by clicking on the Inspection radio button, selecting the service location from the drop down menu, and then selecting the inspection date and time you want the report for. In this video, I will show you the report by Date Range. Make sure the Date Range radio button is selected and select the date range.

Next choose which Inspection Type you would like to include. Select External Only, meaning the client can see a finished inspection, Internal Only, meaning only the service provider can see a finished inspection, or External and Internal to include all of the inspections performed. You can choose to Include Partial Inspections here. Don’t touch the auto-checked fields.

Select which details you want to be included in the report. By selecting Deficient, you will be able to run a concise and easy-to-read report with just the deficient service items showing up. I would suggest selecting this.

Under Selection Criteria, determine how you want your service location inspections to be selected by.

Filter Criteria allows you to select specific Inspection Templates or Job Templates that you want the report to pull data from for the specific service location.

The Save Report button at the bottom allows you to save the criteria you just selected so you can run this report at a later time without re-entering the criteria. This is a great time-saving option. Once all of your criteria is in, click View Report and open the document if it doesn’t automatically pop up.
