Job Schedule Report by Service Location

Job Schedule Report by Service Location

Transcript:

This video is on how to run the Job Schedule Report by Service Location. This report is meant to show a list of all your scheduled events organized by location within a specified date range.

To run this report, first click on Reports under the Reports tab. Then scroll down to Miscellaneous Reports and click on the Job Schedule Report by Service Location link.

Under Report Criteria, like in most reports, you can choose either PDF Report or MS Excel as the Output Type. I will be choosing PDF Report. Next, you’ll select the date range you would like to view events from. From there, the quickest finish is to skip down to Selection Criteria and choose which location or locations you’d like to see. Then click View Report.

If the report returns no data (like in this example), this is because you don’t have any employees with the same position type as the schedules created. If this is the case, you can check the Unassigned Positions checkbox before clicking View Report.

If the report returns what looks like duplicates of the same event (which is not shown in this example), it’s just showing each event for each employee that has the position type of that schedule. If you want to remove duplicates, you can check the Grouping checkbox before you click View Report.
