Send a Text Message Notification

Send a Text Message Notification

Transcript:

To create notifications to be sent to a mobile device via text, you will need to know your cell phone service’s mobile domain for email. Once you know the domain, simply set up the email notifications but mark the SMS option. The email address will be the user’s phone number plus the mobile domain (for example, 8015551234@tmomail.com).

This will send a notification as per normal but it will be formatted for mobile devices and will be sent to the phone number instead of the email.
